Protect your money. Protect your identity
At NovaPay, your security is our priority. Follow these simple yet critical steps to minimize the risk of fraud and protect your accounts.
Personal Use Only
Your NovaPay account and card are for your personal use only.
Never share your login, card, or account details with anyone — even close friends or family members.
Protect Your Credentials
- Do not share your PIN or verification codes (OTP) with anyone
- Enable biometric login (FaceID/fingerprint) if available
- Always log out of your account if using a shared or public device
Secure Your App Access
- Protect your mobile device with a screen lock (PIN, pattern, Face ID, etc.)
- Never save passwords or PINs in plain text or unprotected notes
- If your phone is lost or stolen, immediately:
- Contact Support to deactivate access
- Reset your PIN once you regain access to your number
Card & Account Safety
- Never store your card details and PIN together
- Don’t allow apps or browsers to save your card data
- Avoid making transactions on public Wi-Fi or shared devices
- Do not allow unauthorized persons to view, copy, or photograph your card details
Monitor Your Account
- Check your account balance and transaction history regularly
- Report any unauthorized, failed, or suspicious activity immediately via the NovaPay app chat or support channels
Suspicious Activity? Act Fast
If you suspect any fraud:
- Immediately contact Support
- Block your card and change your PIN for the App
- Report the incident to local authorities, especially if theft or phishing is involved
