The Polish financial regulator, KNF, has revoked the licence of our payment partner, Quicko sp. z o.o. As a result, some operations involving this partner are currently limited, and the onboarding of new customers in the app has been temporarily suspended.


What customers need to know:

Your funds remain safe.
All customer funds continue to be safeguarded in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Access to your funds is available.
To avoid any potential limitations in accessing your funds in the future, we recommend transferring any remaining balance to another bank account by following the instructions provided to you by Quicko. This can be done easily, without complicated steps or restrictions.

Support is available.
If you experience any issues accessing or withdrawing your funds, our support team is ready to assist you. You may also contact Quicko directly through their official support channels.
