Warsaw, September 15, 2025 — NovaPay EU is proud to announce the launch of its European mobile application, created for Ukrainians and Europeans–especially for those, who already know and trust the NovaPay brand. From today, users across the European Union can use NovaPay Mob app to reach out to the payment services and open euro and zloty accounts, get their cards, make payments and transfers, and withdraw cash from ATMs—all with a simple, fast, and familiar interface. Poland is one of the main targets for NovaPay EU.
The app for EU users is launched in partnership with the Polish KNF-licensed payment institution Quicko, enabling full-range payment services under Polish authorization.
‘With over 13 years of experience and 800,000 active customers in Ukraine, NovaPay is now bringing that trust and reliability to Europe. We want to be a reliable partner for Ukrainians abroad—helping them settle daily payments, stay connected with loved ones, and feel at home in Europe. Our goal is to make it simple, safe, and affordable also for Poles’ said Victoria Lavrenchuk, Director of International Strategic Development at NovaPay.
The app is designed with Ukrainians abroad in mind. More than 4.2 million Ukrainians are now living in the EU under temporary protection, with nearly a million in Poland alone.
‘Poland, home to nearly a million Ukrainians today and a long-established community, naturally becomes the heart of NovaPay’s European launch. The country’s strong Ukrainian presence makes it the ideal starting point for adoption of the app,’ added Victoria.
For many, everyday financial tasks abroad can be stressful and costly. NovaPay aims to change that by offering:
- Quick onboarding — open your account in minutes.
- Zero fees for account opening, card issuing, and transfers of funds between accounts across EU and Poland.
- Two accounts in one app — euro for European transactions, zloty for Poland.
- 24/7 multilingual support — in Ukrainian, Polish, and English.
- Trusted brand — 13 years of proven experience in Ukraine.
For many Ukrainians living in Europe, NovaPay is already a familiar trusted name. In Ukraine, parent company NovaPay LLC as a part of Nova Post group of companies is one of the leading businesses in Ukraine. NovaPay currently serves 800,000 clients in Ukraine with its application for everyday financial services–online and offline. Now, with the launch for the European market, it is not just a connection to home—it is a reliable partner for managing finances abroad and an interesting proposition for Poles and other Europeans.
